Now Sinbar agricultural herbicide is available in a new Water Dispersible Granule (WDG) formulation. The new WDG formulation is a free-flowing granule and it's virtually dust-free, meaning it's easier to handle and measure than a wettable powder formulation. The WDG formulation also mixes more easily, provides better dispersion and stays in suspension longer.
Sinbar WDG is an important tool for managing herbicide resistant weeds. It is a Group 5 herbicide that contains the active ingredient terbacil providing a different mode of action than many other popular products. To learn more about herbicide mode of action groupings see the Herbicide Classification Guide or contact us.
Sinbar WDG herbicide controls approximately 60 broadleaf weeds including several that are tolerant to glyphosate in specialty crops such as mint, blueberries, apples and peaches. It is also registered for use in alfalfa where dormant applications provide a base of weed protection. When applied as recommended, Sinbar WDG delivers effective residual control with a high degree of crop safety. Sinbar WDG is currently available in the USA and Canada.
