Tessenderlo Kerley, Inc. To Expand Its Crop Protection Product Range (Phoenix, Arizona, April 14, 2005)— Tessenderlo Kerley, Inc., (TKI) announced today the formation of a new generic business unit focusing on niche crop protection and specialty markets. TKI currently markets Sectagon 42®, a soil fumigant, through an established distribution network in North America. . The goal of the new business unit is to launch two additional products in 2006, two to four products in 2007 and to continue adding products each year thereafter.
