Lorox L

Lorox L Agricultural Herbicide

Benefits

  • Preemergence control of many important herbicide resistant weeds
  • Group 7 mode of action differs from metribuzin and atrazine (Group 5)
  • Safe on crop when label directions are followed

Weed resistance to glyphosate, triazines and other overused herbicides is an ever-increasing problem for crop producers.

LOROX L agricultural herbicide is an important tool for Canadian growers faced with combatting resistant weeds. LOROX L, which is a Group 7 herbicide, provides a different mode of action versus ALS inhibitor herbicides (Group 2) and a different behavior mechanism versus triazines (Group 5). This makes it an invaluable tool in controlling herbicide resistant weed populations.

LOROX L offers pre-emergence and burndown control with flexible plant back restrictions. It is registered for use on potatoes, carrots, soybeans, and other specialty crops in Canada. It provides broad-spectrum control of dozens of tough to control grasses and broadleaf weeds.
